October's focus is ADHD month! Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a behavioral condition usually diagnosed in childhood characterized by difficulty focusing, difficulty listening, fidgeting, forgetfulness, procrastination, and more. Mindfulness has shown to improve ADHD symptoms, although mindfulness should be approached differently for children with ADHD than children without. Please refer to this flyer for more information.
